About The Course
Overview
BA (Hons) Art Direction for Fashion is a two-year accelerated undergraduate degree that includes a work placement and your own dedicated industry mentor. You'll build strong creative and technical skills in digital image-making to prepare for an exciting career in fashion art direction.
You'll explore areas such as:
- Photography and illustration
- 3D design, digital platforms, and graphic design
- Moving image and film
You'll also have access to our professional photography studio, industry talks, mentoring, work experience opportunities, and more.
Entry Requirements
We typically make offers between 104 and 120 UCAS points from Level 3 qualifications such as A Levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma or a Foundation Diploma.

Course Fees & Funding
The course costs £11,100 per year if you are starting in September 2025*. Student tuition and maintenance loans are available. For more details, please visit our Fees & Funding page.
*Please note fees will rise to £11,440 for those starting in September 2026.

Once you've graduated from our BA (Hons) Art Direction for Fashion degree, you'll be ready to progress straight into employment. You could work in a wide-range of roles, including:
